FAQs

Medication can be effective for special cases, but it alone cannot solve all issues. Also, over time, your body tends to build up tolerance for medication, requiring you to take increased dosages to get a decent night’s sleep. Medication can be addicting. Our work together is designed to explore and unpack the hindrances which impact your ability to sleep, and to use a range of natural solutions to develop better habits, optimize sleep, and ultimately improve your life.

We conduct a thorough assessment of your current sleep challenges, history, lifestyle habits, nutrition, and sleep environment. We then create a personalized plan and meet with you to review the recommendations. Because each person is unique and has unique sleep needs to function, we take an individualized approach to planning and work with you to tailor it to your needs.

We recommend a sleep coaching package for you based on the gap between your sleep goals and your degree of sleep deprivation at inception.

While most of our clients begin to see some improvements within 1 week of applying the techniques they learn in the program, we recommend that you complete the full program to maximize your long-term success and overall sleep health. Sleep coaching starts at 5 weeks and up.

We continually seek feedback throughout the service and ask that you share feedback with us immediately at the conclusion of your last coaching session if your sleep has not improved. However, if you do not get the opportunity to do this within the 30 days, you have up to 7 additional days from your last coaching session to file a claim under our 30-Day Enhanced Sleep Guarantee.

Intermittent sleep issues are likely caused by challenges in your environment, lifestyle habits, or anxiety. We will be happy to evaluate your situation to get to the root cause of your issues and create a recommendation. Your active participation and dedication will be crucial to your success.
